Great crate

You can’t tell it’s refurbished, it looks brand new, I haven’t needed the divider but everything works as advertised, I like the various door optios

Nice but doesn’t collapse easily

This crate is very nice and much nicer than most but at least the one that we received, doesn’t collapse and reopen smoothly. One side of the tracks seems to have issues and you have to try a few times to get it to fully collapse. I don’t know if this is typical or because we purchased a refurbished crate, but it’s made me hesitate on whether we’d purchase another. We went with refurbished because we needed the smaller size only temporarily, but I wouldn’t want to purchase another if we were to have the same issue. However, the crate is beautiful and has many wonderful features.
