I love it! I put it in my tea or smoothie. I feel great.

This is my first experience with Seamoss, but this product feels high-quality, and I'm really enjoying it. I take a spoonful on an empty stomach to get the day started, and my body and skin have been feeling great. I got the non-flavored one and the taste is just like seaweed, so I have no problem with it. Planning to purchase another soon - I think this will become a part of my regular diet.
