So far, I am absolutely loving my new pans. Food will cook evenly and quickly. Definitely don’t need a high flame like you’re use to. Lids are excellent. The inner edge does not collect grease from cooking making it difficult to clean like ordinary pans. True test will be time. See how long they hold up. Hopefully in a year or a few the lining does not chip or peal like most pans do. Overall, beyond pleased and the only change I would have done when placing the order was taking count on how many lids needed. I have repeat sizes with pots and pans and could’ve done less on lids.
