I have been trying to contact them by email how they said I should contact them about my order for almost a week and have sent several pictures and no response. My sunburst is dead & when it arrived half of the leaves had fallen off during shipping and what was left died. My wandering dude was in poor shape and I had to plant it and half of the leaves are gone that fell off or I had to cut off because they are black and brown and crunchy. My lovely rose three to four leaves fell off and it doesn't look so lovely anymore even though it's still alive. I have asked for full credit for the sunburst and partial credit for the other two and no response whatsoever. Please contact me Succulents Depot. I've asked them not to send me any replacements as I do not want anything shipped now that winter is fully here and the state of which the plants arrived even though they had a heat pack. Update they refunded the dead/damaged plants after getting back to me finally.

Plant was stretched out seemingly from not getting enough light.

Doing well so far. It's very beautiful.
