iiiiiiit's super!

Superfuel is super good. Pretty much the only thing I can reliably get down at 80g carbs an hour without GI problems. I especially love the raspberry because of its extremely mild taste.

Great subtle flavor and lasting performance

…but the mixing process is a headache. I used a few sachets in a 50K over the weekend and mixing/shaking the bottle gave me something to do for about 10 minutes.
