I wish this company did .5 sizes

I really do like these shoes. They're a tad bigger than my usual 7.5 so they are a bit loose, but because I'm walking and workout in them I heard how some people's feet can swell. Hard to know if mine have, but they've been comfortable for the activities I do.

Shallow

I have very wide feet, so it's hard to find shoes that are comfortable for me. These JUST barely make the cut. (Tried going up a size because I did with the wool waterproof versions, and that helped with both my wide feet and the shallow issue, but going up a size with this version didn't work - way too big with too much slipping) However, I don't have very tall feet, for lack of a better way to describe it, but these squeeze the TOP of my feet. There's not enough space from the bottom of the shoe to the top and the pressure on the top of my toes isn't great. They've stretched a little (and I spent some time trying to stretch it by putting my hand in there and making a fist), and I have pulled the sides out as much as possible so the laces are not tight. The sole is comfy to walk on and they are the right style for what I was looking for, so I'm hoping they'll loosen out I'll get used to it.

I had always heard good things about this company. But I decided to finally try them. I have plantar fasciitis, so one of the key things was being able to add in arch support. These shoes were so comfortable the minute I put them on. No blisters, no rubbing. They were snug on my feet and at the same time felt very light. I wear them everyday to commute to work.
