The website is sometimes difficult to navigate and caused me to accidentally order a stain frame the first time. I called to see if they could replace with black frame and I’d return the stained one. Customer service was not very understanding of the mistake. I had to reorder the one that I meant to get in the first place. Now I have to mail this one back and shipping is on me. I was disappointed. Some work on the website needs to be updated so it’s easier to order correctly.
Products are always nice. Just the website is difficult to maneuver.
