Zipper problems

I love the look. The fit is great. I like the somewhat unfinished edge The problem i have is the top of the zipper doesn’t seem to lay flat so the zipper fabric covering (i know there’s a name) also doesnt lie flat and a small amount of the zipper shows, and i have to cover w the shirt, thereby limiting my style options. I was going to buy in navy and black but am concerned. Defect?

Wicklow - Chalk

I love these pants! They are so comfortable and just classic! They go with so many different styles of tops. A great plus for my wardrobe!

Disappointed- Chalk Wicklow Pockets Show Through Big Time!

Loved these pants in the website photos and ordered them in chalk and faded black. Just tried on the chalk ones and super disappointed! Unlike site photos, the pockets completely show through. Bought them on sale and F&E says not returnable or exchangeable. Not bringing them on vacation which is what I bought them for.
