I put these inserts in everything, tops, sports bras, swimsuits, you name it I've swapped them and they work amazing. I'm a 34ddd and wear size xxl.

Best pads ever!

I use these in all my non KN bramis because they're just the best out there. You don't need to take them out in the wash, they barely move around. I love them!!

What I need

The padding feels natural and gives me the right amount of coverage and support. They’re a little annoying to get in but that’s to be expected.
