First package arrived empty and wagwear was quick to send me a replacement order. When that package arrived, the shoes were too small so I asked if I could exchange for a larger size. The whole process was what you’d hope to experience from any company, yet it’s hard to find these days. A bonus…I expected my doodle to hate them and refuse to walk, but after a few rounds of getting used to them, I think he actually likes wearing them outside!

We got the WagWellies® Mojave in Medium / Sage for my 60-pound Australian Shepherd. Initially purchased these in the summer to protect his paws from hot concrete in Texas, but they came in handy during the recent snow storm as well! He was in between a medium and a large, and we ultimately decided to go with a medium based on the advice from WagWear support. His paws fit the medium size well, but his front paw nails poked through the front of the mediums, even when trimmed. Customer service was very helpful and the return process was seamless when returning the size large originally ordered. We ordered new WagWellies (original) in size large instead, which fit much better!

Our beautiful senior Great Dane of 11 years has arthritis and was slipping on our laminate floors. These have changed her life and her confidence. She is flying around the house like a pupper!
