Quality, Service and Price

It takes a lot to get me to drop everything and leave a review for any product or service I purchase. Either an unbelievably negative experience or an overwhelming positive one would entice me to review - both situations are rare, maybe 1 in a million. Ravella is one in a million when it comes to quality, price and service. I love the elegance and style options of these luxurious blouses and the quality is exceptional. The price is very competitive so I purchased one in nearly every color. But the service is what stands out the most. The personal attention given to my order was unexpected and deserves all due acknowledgement. An actual Ravella person in customer service noticed that just one of the blouses I ordered was a size up from all the rest. She reached out immediately via email and offered to make a correction. This was extraordinary and I highly recommend this brand.
