Good for my tummy

I take all 6 pills in the morning and my stomach can easily tolerate them with some breakfast. I also like how they are a little smaller than the regular optimal prenatals.

I didn’t know why I always felt terrible taking some other high quality brands of prenatal that were so highly rated. Another brand actually referred me here to suggest I could be sensitive to methylated vitamins. Thank goodness I found these! I can finally take a high quality vitamin! And they really answer your questions. Which is so appreciated.
