Too tight, now just right!

I'm impressed! I ordered 2 pair, same sock, different colors. One fit perfect, felt good, worked great... the 2nd I couldn't even get on my foot! Contacted you, explained, sent a pix and you sent a replacement that is perfect like the other! You DO care about customer service, thank you!!

Great socks, excellent customer service!

My first time to order compression socks in my life and I struggle with leg pain sitting a long time at work. Came across their ads on YouTube and thought maybe I should give it a try. Ordered 3 pairs of XL and I liked how it gives comfort to my achy legs. Though it's comfortable, I feel that I need more compression. So contacted the support line and asked if I could exchange other 2 pairs for a smaller size and the customer service was so kind and addressed my concern as quick as possible and got my replacement socks delivered to me after few days! So Helpful!

The core compression socks have provided the pressure and support needed following a surgery that left me with circulation pain in my right leg. I wear the right sock constantly. The core sock seems to have a bigger “toe box” and fits better than the original. I messed up an order and the customer service department was most gracious and generous in their return policy. I now have half a dozen pairs. They wash well and dry in the dryer.
