This was a replacement for a recalled product. Contacted customer service as wanted a like for like replacement. All contact was via email & went smoothly & received the animal print blender very quickly. The whole experience was excellent & the staff member who actioned my request.

This blender will be a Christmas gift so I'm sure the recipient will like it. I love my Blendjet blenders, I have 3 of them and I use them every day.

I like this product it is very convenient the blades are sharp enough it comes with a charger I like the design the only problem is when you wash it its to narrow to clean well its most likely a safety feature but it makes for hard cleaning so you need to clean right after you blend to make sure you don't let it stain but then the charge sometimes runs out before you clean it but I think it's a good product
