I honestly haven’t had a chance to put it through it's paces yet, I've barely had time to begin breaking in and stretching it. So far it seems to be another great product by SA. If it has half the thump and durability of the 18" I have by them, then it'll be great. For the price, these speakers really can't be beat. I would honestly trust them over any entry level speaker, and most of the mid priced options out there as well. The only real downside is the carpet. Which makes them a bit more to deal with if you actually gig with them. If you're just looking for something to fill out the low end on a house or studio system, or for djing or playing electronic drums or something in your bedroom, then you won't find a better option for anywhere near this price point. If you're on the fence, just consider everything I've said, but I say give it a chance. While the 18" I have clips a little earlier than I had hoped, it's still plenty of bump for your buck.

Very happy with the Shockwave powered 15 inch Sub. Great bass sound , light enough, easy to move, but built solid. Considering buying another.
