My boots looked nice until I used the boot care on it and now I have water marks on it everywhere :(. I haven’t even worn it yet.

Great product and customer service

Very happy with my UGG boots. These are the second pair of the same style that I have as I love them so much. There was an issue with delivery and the item getting caught up with the courier company. However the UGG Direct team provided great service and got this resolved. Would happily purchase from again. Thanks
