I really wanted to love the Loftie Clock. But from the start, I experienced a persistent crackling sound whenever I played any of the sound bath tracks. It completely ruined the relaxing experience and made the product feel cheap—especially for a premium price point. I first contacted Loftie support about a week after receiving the clock, and I followed all of their troubleshooting steps, but the issue was never resolved. I was told the problem had been escalated to their technical team, but I never heard back with a solution. I checked back with them two additional times over the following weeks, with no resolution. When I finally requested a return—within the 30-day window—they told me my return period had expired, and they refused to honor their own return policy. For the price and promise, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. I cannot recommend the Loftie Clock or the company’s customer support. Buyer beware.

Absolutely wonderful. Helps me relax and get some good night's rest. I wish that when connected to my spotify, the volume could go up a little bit more but overall, Im very satisfied!

Such a beautiful and useful clock! The programmed sounds sound authentic and not boxy like others. The app is very helpful in easily programming my alarms.
