Coming from an old Hatch Restore, I'm genuinely disappointed with the Loftie clock, it's a lot more plasticky, and a dust and fingerprint magnet with a very small display. The main selling point for me was the supposedly lots of free content to configure the alarm but that wasn't the reality I saw, they have very little free sounds and content, most of it is behind their subscription service. Finally they charge not only return shipping (which is already a yellow flag) but a 10% restocking fee which is a red flag. If you try to discourage people from returning through nickel and diming then that means you don't trust your product, and with good reason because it's definitely inferior. I'll just upgrade to a newer Hatch Restore 3 after this learned lesson, it's not perfect, but if I have to pay a subscription I'll do it for a better product.

Used it for one night. So far I’m liking the product. Not sure about a membership but the clock and sleep sounds along with blue tooth option makes it solid so far. As long as it keeps working I think I’ll be happy with this. The sounds are good. And the alarm options or sleep timers too. Good features

The best alarm clock. So many settings, sounds and it doesn’t feel like I am having a heart attack when starting my day
