I ordered a small which was too small for me. I asked the company if I could order a medium in a short amount of time & pay extra for shipping. The company had some technical difficulties & wasn’t able to ship it to me in 1 day so the CEO texted me personally to apologize & shipped me out another one which got to me in 7 days and gave me a refund!!
