Is there a video on how to use this?

Newbie

This is my first time using a tea strainer but in my opinion it lets out a ton of herbs and doesn’t really make the tea very strong. But overall it gets the job done but I think we as consumers would be very grateful if a tea bag was thrown in with the order of one of the herbal mixes or if the strainer was! However I will keep buying the fertile mama tea as it tastes amazing but will like be trying other tea strainers
