Not for Me

This perfume wasn't for me. I've heard that this scent is quite polarizing, so I wasn't shocked. It opens with citrus and saffron notes, but saffron to my nose smells quite like plastic and almost like a dentist office?? I was expecting the perfume to maybe dry down into something more my taste, but the scent only lasted on my skin for about 30 minutes before it was completely gone. I would say if you like the original than this definitely doesn't break the bank, but this scent definitely was not for me.

I feel like Dossier scents are inconsistent. I have purchased the Ambery Saffron three times, and I was only satisfied with one bottle. The other two barely had any scent at all. I got so many compliments on the good bottle, but I will not repurchase because it’s hit or miss as to whether or not your bottle will have any actual scent. That makes me sad because I love the scent when it is actually there!
