In my opinion, this is the BEST tasting flavor. I love liquid IV, and I highly recommend it. I work a lot outside in the Arkansas heat, and this makes me feel much better than drinking plain water. I can tell that I recover faster when I'm sweating like a hog. I would highly recommend this. Great stuff.

I’m not a huge fan of drinking water I don’t crave it I know I need it keeps me healthy blah blah but I just can’t I’m not to carry a stably cup around or have 25 hit bottles of water in my car etc… I came across these at Costco had a sample and oh my strawberry. I went to having NO water to drinking a more than average needed. It’s yummy in my not so hydrated tummy. But now is almost a wow effect my hair skin and nails are having.
