The conditioner has a nice gentle scent to it, doesn’t bother my dogs nose. I used the face wash on my amstaff and he didn’t act like it was over powering

Worst customer service

If I could give 0 stars I would. Unfortunately my items came damaged and I can barely try the products on my pup . I emailed support right away and didn’t get a response for 4 days. Those 4 days in which they expected me to keep the damaged and soaked box on my floor to take a pic of the BOX damage. Because I didn’t keep the box they are unable to assist me or send me a replacement-even though I have pics of the actual damaged bottles. According to Brianna that doesn’t suffice and most companies require pictures… Their items are not cheap and now I’m stuck paying for something my pup can’t even try. Real disappointed. Their loss- as a new dog mom I would’ve been a regular as this was the first products I bought to try on my baby.
