Disappointed in Pillow

Had high hopes but was disappointed. The video on website didn't even work so I had to work on adjustments myself. Found the pillow to be hard, even when using the soft insert. Haven't slept any better. I even bought the 2 pack. What a waste.

I’ve been waiting to get these!

I’ve gone through lots of pillows without any success of finding one that works for me. I’ve been researching pillows and came across these. I really wanted to buy them, but was afraid of spending this much for pillows and being disappointed. I waited for their Black Friday special, and immediately ordered 2 king size ones. I am NOT disappointed one bit. My only regret was that I didn’t buy them sooner.

This pillow is incredible and has changed my sleep drastically. It will go everywhere with me now as I cannot go one night without it!
