Like it so far!

I’m still playing with the different customization options, but so far I’m very impressed. There truly are so many ways to customize it, with two foam insert options and two different kinds of fill (soft and medium) that you can also adjust. I’m a side sleeper and currently using it with soft fill on top (with a little bit removed), the 2 inch foam insert in the middle (1 inch insert removed) and medium fill on bottom (didn’t remove any yet). This combo feels really good but I think I may keep playing until I’m convinced it’s perfect! Love the nice zipper bags for keeping the extra fill. The outer cover is very nice quality. I also love that I can keep changing it over time as needed, like adding a little more fill back in if it starts to get a little flatter with longer term use. Overall seems worth the money!

Overall, it's a good pillow.

It is a durable pillow that looks like it will last for serval years. I like that it is adjustable. One can add or subtract foam and cushion inserts. I think it's great that it comes with a nice box to store the unused cushions. That's helpful. I am sad, as I am a hot sleeper. I think (could be wrong) LAYR pillows advertise that one does not have to turn the pillow over on the opposite side to get the cooling effect. This was what sold me. Unfortunately, the technology does not exist in my opinion. I have to turn the pillow on the other side like any other pillow to feel the cool side of the pillow. I only bought one pillow. I think it's a good idea to buy two. Buying one cost $150 and the second one is only $75 more. It depends on the budget.

Comfy

This is my second pillow, loved the first one. Unbelievable comfort, and quality, highly recommend this product. The various combinations of comfort are great.
