Like this. My scalp which is sensitive tolerates this well. It also moisturizes. My only complaint is that the bar gets sticky when I put it on the side of my shower. I probably need to buy a holder or something. But smells great and my hair looks shiny and clean and my scalp is happy.

My hair definitely likes this stuff, it's so fluffy when it's completely dried! And the conditioning bar when I do use it brings out the wavy hair and it isn't just wavy in the middle it starts at the top. Nothing I've ever used helped from top down.! Love it!!
