The product arrived broken then when I ask if they could exchange it they demanded I ship mine out (which I have to pay for the international label and shipping) then wait the 3-4 weeks to ship internationally then they would review my product for 5-7 business days and THEN they would ship me a new product, by that time the golf season in Canada is half way or more gone, I’m a pro golfer I can’t have that, I explained that to then to no avail. I asked for a return and they are making me pay for the international label on their broken product. I bought 2 my Dad is just keeping his because they have treated us so poorly he doesn’t want to deal with all of that. What a joke these guys are absolutely horrible, just horrible, I can’t explain how disgusted I am how they treated me, they just started to ignore me at one point when I was just asking them to ship a new one once I sent them my tracking number for the return so I my didn’t take so long.. Awful!!
