Spoiled and Disappointed in the Customer Service
I ordered the Ice Coffee flavored protein powder and when I tried it for the first time it had a very sour taste and made my stomach very upset. I thought maybe it was just me, but my husband tried it as well and had the same experience. I have used protein for years so I know my stomach is not sensitive to whey. I contact customer service to see about getting a refund or a different product sent to me however, I never received a response. Needless to say I'm extremely disappointed especially since this product isn't cheap. I would never recommend this product and honestly puts me off from Bloom all together given the poor customer service. Hope this helps someone save some money.
