This product almost does the job. I have used it on the past and had worked amazingly however this time I have a particularly tough stain/odor that it only partially has removed. I'll continue to keep applying in hopes it just takes several applications

I like this product because I can refill the existing spray bottle instead of buying a new, filled bottle when empty. The solution works well as intended. At the same time, I feel cheated as the JG website offered only 2 packs of the refill tabs - quantity 2 of the 2 packs was a $40 purchase. Later, when tracking the order on Shop. I saw a 10 pack of the tabs available for the same $40 price!!

Mistaken packaging by me

I thought I was ordering the 10 pack stain remover. Maybe the picture wasn’t clear enough for me to read or I just didn’t see it. But I love everything that you do for humans and cats!
