I think it helps some, but I don’t think for the cost it is worth it. I have tried quite a few of the Jackson Galaxy sprays and actually for the cost of them I am rather disappointed in most of them. When you are using to spray and rub on the cat or spraying on the furniture two to three times a day it can get expensive at 30+ a bottle. Very few sales on the products.
Kind of miraculous
I adopted an 8 year old cat two weeks ago from her owners because a family member developed allergies. She was closed in my bedroom, and had chosen a spot in the closet as her safe place. She’s very affectionate, and would come out & spend time with me when I sat right outside of the closet, but she wouldn’t go farther than that. She was acting a bit frantic in the way she wanted affection, and I thought that was her personality. She didn’t eat or use the litter box. I ordered Welcoming Change. It came on the third day that we had her. As soon as I gave it to her, she immediately relaxed, left the spot in front of the closet, used the litter box, walked around the room, got on the bed, and stayed there. She slept with me that night. She started eating. Her frantic affection seeking stopped. She’s very affectionate, but is now a calm, relaxed cat. She still goes in the closet some, but spends the majority of her time on the bed, and she sleeps with me every night. She’s eating well. I keep Welcoming Change in her water, and she empties her water bowl every day. She’s still not ready to leave the bedroom, but greets people who visit her there. She’s a cat that hides when people come over. Given her shy nature, her response to Welcoming Change seems even more remarkable.
Merchandise review
We purchased the welcoming change solution. It is hard to tell if it worked or not, but I will use it next time I take them to the vet and see how it works. We also purchase the feather toy with the purple handle. At first they loved it. Bruno thought it was a bird and talked to him several times. Now they are not as excited. It is expected, cats get bored very easy and they may also like the most simple toy you can make at home. You never know. Thank you though... love your videos, very informative.
