Easy to clean and amazing mon stick surface. Used it in the oven to bake a frozen pizza and came out with a crispy crust equal to their steel pizza steel. Much easier to handle and lighter weight for smaller pizzas.

Absolutely love this griddle I dodo have the wok and the deep fry pan. Will definitely be adding to my collection in the future. Nothing sticks and clean up is a breeze
