Goodness gracious

Here's the thing: I bought the ice deluxe side cube last Christmas for myself and have spent 10 glorious months loving it and doing everything short of standing on a street corner with a megaphone screaming at strangers about how awesome my pillow is. Eventually, my partner wanted one for their side of the bed. I waited for a text from PillowCube with a discount code and then I jumped on it. The "Side Cube" came, perfectly packaged... but I instantly realized that it is much, much softer and smaller than my Big Boy Ice Deluxe. I was disappointed and planned to send it back to get a second Big Boy. But then I decided I'd AT LEAST lie down with Side Cube to compare. Imagine my surprise when I almost instantly fell asleep and did not wake up until morning. It was The Best Sleep of My Life! Turns out the smaller, softer Side Cube is My One True Pillow Love. You can pry this pillow from my cold, dead hands.

Arrives great but doesn’t last

I imagine most of these reviews are from people who just got their side cube. I loved mine too, but only 6 months after purchase it has started to flatten and no longer supports my neck. I reached out to customer service and they state that’s “normal wear and tear” to get only 6 months use out of a $70 pillow. Save your money and shop with someone that stands by their product or is cheap enough to replace frequently.

Pillow works. Comfortable for a side sleeper that had previous neck surgery.
