Contour sticks

I am honestly too disappointed from receiving 4 of this product completely melted down, spilled over & without its boxes each & the product is stuck to the sealing of the cap; I even don't know how to put it back in it's rotating place, it's not coming out from the cap... I am humbly asking for it's refund
