Large / Grow Pot / Plastic

I got my Monstera delivered last week. It came with lots of leaves and new growth, which was good. But I wasn't happy with how it looked overall. Many leaves were damaged or broken. There were also many dead or yellow leaves. Even though the plant was full, it didn't seem very healthy.

Not the best shape

Ordering and packaging were excellent. My issue was with the plant itself. Several stems were broken off (re: more than 5) before the plant shipped (I can only assume). When it got here 3 more stems were broken. The one fenestrated leaf is damaged and torn. With as careful as the packaging was, I can only assume they are too crowded in the greenhouse? I’m sure it will bounce back. But paying for the large, you hope that they have bigger, more established leaves that make it to your house unscathed.

Medium / Grow Pot / Plastic

Disappointing to have two leaves with brown around the edges. But other than that, it’s lovely. Eager to watch it fill out and grow!
