Disappointing. Was expecting a slight surge of energy that my previous vitamins Natures Plus Source of Life provided.This is just your average vitamin and therefore not worth the price. Will go back to my previous vitamin as soon as they are back in stock.

I've only been on it around a week so I really don't have an opinion yet. The only problem I've encountered is clumping, which really makes it taste unbearable.
