Great luggage with top notch customer service

We love our Monos luggage. Our piece got damaged by the airline and Monos made it easy to submit a claim. I was contacted by a very nice customer service representative that took good care of me and quickly sent us a new piece of luggage. The only negative I would give is the color of the luggage on the Monos site is a bit off, but that's no big deal. Monos is a great company with superior products.

10 countries

We have used our Monos luggage in over 10 countries so far. Large planes, Ryan air , subways, boats and buses. The check in is large so we have to check in but it was easy to put an air tag in. We received a few scratches but it is easy to buff out. I wish you can remove the inside lining to wash. The wheels and handle are quality and makes bumpy cobble streets and tight areas easy to handle. Monos provides a lock built into the suitcase which I love. I’m planning on purchasing the hybrid one soon.

Great size for check in

I have a smaller carry on from another company but decided on buying a set here with Monos. Perfect size carry on. Also I love the sleek modern look as well as the practicality of the inside organization.
