Damaged

The plant arrived bent and several leaves have fell. When I wrote in a request about this I was told it “looks healthy”. I have bought numerous plants from the sill in the past with no issues— but will not be doing so in the future.

I want to attach pictures because WOW.. Y'all are wild for sending a plant that is dying and smashed from the plate being packed DIRECTLY on top of the plant. I will never order from them again.
