Trees were great. . . communication process needs improvement

All 24 trees were healthy and in good shape. Product is as advertised! 4 stars due to poor visibility and communication of delivery date. Expected date given at time of order, but not in email confirmation of order. Checked status on the first day of 3 day estimated delivery window and it said no information available. Showed up 1 or 2 days past delivery window.
