Doesn't burn at all, feels just like saline spray. Much better than alternatives I've tried. Nice fine mist.

Love the peace of mind this gives me, in addition to my high quality mask, when I'm in crowded or poorly ventilated spaces and when I'm at work for more than a couple hours!
