Great but small

I really like this backpack, which includes a bunch of clever pockets of different shapes and sizes to store various items. I bought this backpack in anticipation of a 3-week trip overseas, and for the most part I was very happy with it. My oversized tablet fit easily into the laptop sleeve, for example, while half a dozen magazines fit well in the adjoining documents area. I stored a bunch of plugs and charging cables in the various small pockets and pouches, along with an Air Tag, some KN-95 masks (I was told they might be needed in the country I was traveling to), and wireless headphones. Inside the main compartment are four long and skinny pouches, in which I carried an electric toothbrush and charger, my sunglasses, and an extra pair of glasses. I carried my passport and Global Entry/TSA Pre-Check card inside the RFID blocking pocket. This really is a cleverly designed product that carried most of my small items and kept me organized. While I have a couple of minor quibbles, such as not seeing the point of an attached lanyard buried deep inside the bag where it would be difficult to access especially if other items are in the way, my main concern with the backpack is that it is simply not deep enough. Even with the backpack expanded by unzipping the expansion zipper, the backpack barely held my 3 relatively thin guidebooks (slightly less than 3 inches deep in total) and a toiletry kit that wasn't even holding any liquids. (See the attached photo showing the tight fit of the guidebooks and toilet kit, although I'd note that there was some room on top for a small bag or even another book or two). When I bought a few small boxes of local candy to bring home for family and friends, I had to buy a duffel bag to carry them because the backpack was at capacity. I realize this backpack isn't intended to support someone camping in the woods for a week, but another few inches of depth to permit an emergency change of clothes, some bags of food, or other gear commonly used by travelers would make this a truly outstanding backpack. Despite the small capacity, this is a well-designed and well-built product that really helped keep me equipped and organized

Best backpack I've ever owned. . .

The is most organized, easily accessible, comfortable to wear, and nice looking backpack I have ever owned. Working hybrid and taking the train, 2 days in office 3 from home, I always have to bring work, computer, notebooks and personal stuff back and forth. This backpack makes all of that very easy. Love it!
