Awesome product. Helps me get motivated and even have some improvement in my workouts. Timely shipping. Price seems a little high but well worth it! It less expensive to buy this than to drink Celcius before every workout. Thanks XWERKS.

Helps with pre-workout energy with no jitters

I purchased the watermelon flavor of Ignite and it tastes great. I drink it about 30 minutes before exercising and it seems to give me a slight boost of energy without any jitters (there's a minimal amount of caffeine, which I am somewhat sensitive to if I consume too much). There's no post-workout crash either, and the energy boost seems to last for several hours. Just be aware of this if you tend to exercise later in the evening since it may be hard to fall asleep for awhile after taking it.
