Misrepresented Shipping Times

Purchased almost 1 full week before travel and posted shipping time showed the clip would arrive at least a day before leaving. Clip didn’t even get to shipper until we left with final delivery scheduled 1/2 way through our trip. I understand shipping is somewhat out of their control but to not even get to the shipping company for several days. Additionally, indicate total processing and shipping time to give more realistic expectations. I don’t have a use for the clip now.

This product is just great. We as parents are really relaxed. The attitude the company gave us was just outstanding. I commend the company, the human element of it and that's why I allow them to look after my baby.
