I received the kit and sent the required sample in but still haven’t received the test results back. They said it would take 2-5 weeks but it has been 10 weeks and no email from them. I have tried to contact their “help” email address and it just sends me a “you have unsubscribed” email. Has anyone else had any success with this company?
