First Purchase

I ordered a gold chain, easy, came in a couple days. It was too small. The cool thing was the exchange was so easy! Took 5 minutes on line. Dropped the exchange at the UPs store and the replacement shipped the same day. This was my first experience and I will shop here again for sure. 👍👍

Decided to try it as the reviews looks really good. No disappointment or regrets! I order the Cuban link 3mm and it was worth every dollar. Looking to make my 2nd purchase now.

Beautiful chain and the best customer service

I gave this chain with a cross pendant flat my son for Christmas. It is absolutely beautifully made and my son loves it. Somehow the clasp broke and I emailed customer support, sent a picture of the broken clasp and they quickly started the process of sending me a new one. I emailed several times for clarification of packaging to send the broken one back and they got back to me in minutes. I have never dealt with such superior customer service than with Jaxxon. It was a seamless and quick fix. Thank you Jaxxon
