Good Investment

I have the regular carry on and was wavering back and forth if I should make the investment for the carry on plus - would it really give you a noticeable amount of more space. I'm happily surprised it does! We have several Monos suitcases and travel bags and I have been very pleased with my purchases. Quality suitcases and worth the investment.

Near perfect!

I really love the style, color, and design of this carry on. It is easy to organize., the compression straps are high quality, and the rollers worked very well. I was worried about the exterior holding up to being tossed around by the baggage handlers. I was disappointed that after just one flight my luggage is permanently marked. I used the included sponge and a lot of elbow grease. I even tried a magic eraser. To my dismay, the marks did not come out. This was my first trip with the bag and the beauty of it is already ruined. I would recommend the luggage but if you want the visual beauty of the it to stay in tact, you might want to order a dark color.

Amazing Quality and customer service

This is my first high end suitcase I’ve purchased and I’m glad I went with monos. I had an issue with the original suitcase I purchased where it came with a broken zipper but I reached out to customer support and the issue was resolved and I was sent a replacement. The quality is amazing and it is constructed so beautifully and is very solid. I used mine for a trip and it held up really really well so I’ll definitely be purchasing a bigger size from soon. The customer service was amazing in getting me a replacement in time for my trip and this one was completely fine so I think it may have just been a little manufacturing glitch with the first one I was sent.
