I ordered a tub of "extreme red," and they sent me one that said "ruby red" instead. ? Not sure what that means; I didn't even see anything like that available on the website, and I haven't tried it yet, but I sure hope it looks the same as "extreme," because this is the first time I've had problems with Overtone. Usually, they've been great.

I was stuck in a rut of constantly bleaching my hair and damaging it so badly. I bought this on a whim to try something new and the totally opposite of what I've been doing. I LOVE IT. I diluted the extreme red with white conditoner because the pure red seemed like a serious commitment (even though I know it's not permanent). I haven't felt this confident in my hair in years!!! And it's so soft
