WORST customer service. Never will order from here again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered two pairs of boots on their site and asked for an exchange because their sizing description was not accurate and because they were listed as “final sale” they would not even allow a SIZE EXCHANGE. I would understand if I was asking for a return. Before purchasing the product I saw nothing about the exchange policy on final sale items. When I contacted customer support all they said was “Sadly, we're not able to make any exceptions in this case. Sadly, our final sale items are unable to be exchanged or returned.” SADLY I was looking for a solution and they could not provide me one. I will never be ordering from this site again.
