They sent me pillowcases instead of the duvet at first. I had to try a couple of times to get the replacement, as someone dropped the ball, but they fixed the issue and are generally very attentive.

While I absolutely love the feel and texture of percale , the visual quality is somewhat lacking. The wrinkling is a big problem and the duvet needs constant adjusting to keep it looking “fluffy” (insert is somewhat larger than the duvet and tied on the ends) It’s cool and perfect for hot sleepers and great in quality. However, for me every time I walk into my bedroom the aesthetics of the duvet is disappointing as the wrinkling is the first thing you see.

Matches my sheets that I previously bought here. Nice material and fits in my tiny washer well. The loops have held on so far to keep the duvet in place.
