Excellent Duvet/Comforter
OK so I wanted to take my time getting to this review so I could get a better feel for this duvet. Had it for about a month and a half at this point. I had originally purchased an all season down-alternative from another company who shall remain nameless (I like their other stuff). I ended up returning that one and ordering the Buffy Breeze bc something was telling me something was off about the fill & to try a lyocel duvet. I LOVE this duvet. Quick note on climate: I live in Northern California. “Cold” here is 40s, sometimes we get 30s at night. My apartment probably doesn’t dip too far below 60 at night, but I also run cold. The duvet upgrade was to have one nice duvet instead of blankets on top of my old polyester fill cheap throw-comforter. The Breeze is oddly very warm, and not hot. The main reason I returned the -brand omitted for respect- duvet was because I was getting night sweats, which is not a common thing for me. The Breeze is noticeably warmer when I first get into bed, and it does seem to regulate through the night. I’ve never woken up from over heating, being too cold, or kicked the covers off in my sleep, not even to stick a leg out. It is low loft, which at first I was a little bummed about bc I like poofy, and I think I associate that with coziness. Now I love it. It has a slight weight to it that was absent with the previous -brand omitted- duvet, and bc it’s not super poofy, it does a better job of naturally contouring my body. Less work tucking myself in at night. 😂 mind you, it’s not weighted blanket status (tbh I don’t really have any interest in those), but I like it. Mine lives in a linen duvet cover, and I don’t notice it traveling much in the night, maybe a few inches down the bed on occasion, more significant (but occasional) left-right shifting, but that may have more to do with how much I roll around that night lol. Oh- it’s also silent. Not a thing I see advertised much for duvets, but after the previous return (which I would also describe as crispy?), it’s a factor. It has a very soft smooth quality to it, even evident through the cover. Highly recommend.

Amazing products and socially consious
I love their products but I also love that they care about the environment and humanity. Their practice of honoring returns via local donation to both reduce their carbon footprint and provide warmth to those in need, is outstanding!

The Best Comforter!
This is my second Breeze comforter and I am never buying another brand! It is the best combination of cooling properties and providing enough warmth and comfort out there.
