Poor documentation for A6 owners, missing features

I bought this tune for my A6 expecting all the features of the tuning software and mobile app to work. That is not the case. I found out only after purchasing and installing the tune that the modifiable features are not available for the A6. No modifiable features on the launch control. None for the cold air intake (I even have a IE one). None for exhaust crackle. In fact, if you have a stock exhaust, you do not even hear crackles because of the mufflers. I had to contact support a number of times to finally figure out that the app was never designed to be fully adjusted from the app for the A6. I’m pretty disappointed about this because there’s absolutely nothing on the IE website that clearly states this. If I would have known this, I feel letdown since IE could have done something rather easily on the website to alert owners that the full features do not work for the A6 platform. I definitely would have just stayed with the stock tune and not purchased the pro version.
