Take this daily

You can never get enough Mg. I wish this had a higher dose per pill but I have yet to find any capsules that do, so it might be physically impossible? Either way, I take 2 every night along with Magtein from a different brand. I wish Seeking Health offered a blend of these!

So far so good!

I think I’m used to magnesium supplements have such high doses that I’m still waiting to see results from this supplement. However, it is easy to take, does not upset my stomach, and I do feel it helps. Looking forward to having more time to experience results.
